UTStarcom's RollingStream(TM) Named Best IPTV Solution at ITU Telecom World 2006

a leading publication under the guidance of the Ministry of Information
Industry (MII) in China, named UTStarcom's RollingStream(TM) end-to-end IPTV
solution the best IPTV solution worldwide at ITU WORLD 2006 in Hong Kong this
week. UTStarcom was also awarded the Development Contribution Award for its
collaboration on developing IPTV standards with the MII in China.
