UTStarcom Personal Communications President Philip Christopher Reelected to CTIA Board of Directors

that its president,
Philip Christopher, has been elected to continue his
service on the Board of Directors of CTIA The Wireless Association(R). CTIA
is the premier trade organization for the wireless industry.

As one of the directors of the CTIA Board, Philip will continue in his
role of providing leadership, guidance and experience in support of the
association's initiatives for another one-year term.
