UTStarcom Files 2005 Form 10-K With the Securities and Exchange Commission

10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005 (the '2005 10-K') with the
Securities and Exchange Commission, including all restated financial

fiscal years, and for the first three quarters of fiscal 2005, as detailed in
