UTStarcom CEO Hong Lu to Speak on IP Networking at ITU World Forum 2006 in Hong Kong

ALAMEDA, Calif., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- UTStarcom, Inc.

Hong Lu, president and chief executive officer at UTStarcom, will

Hong Liang Lu has served as the president and chief executive officer at
UTStarcom, Inc., a leading provider of IP-based networking and
telecommunications equipment solutions, since 1995, when the Taiwanese-born
businessman orchestrated the merger of Unitech Telecom Inc., a digital and
wireless transmission systems manufacturer he founded in 1991, with Starcom
